The Meadowhall site is located to the north of Sheffield in the Tinsley area, which has little or no development sites. The site was home to a former sports social club that had been empty for a number of years before being purchased. 



The land was sourced off-market by one of our many introducers and purchased for £1,000,000.   The Fitzwilliam Group obtained outline planning for 91 homes, with planning and associated costs amounting to £71,533. 

Through our contacts, the site was marketed on an “off-plan” basis during the planning process, which led to a substantial offer of £2.1 million being accepted for the development opportunity.
